The Toxhards Concert Live at Backline at Avondale Music Hall | Chicago – October 18th, 2026

Backline at Avondale Music Hall isn’t just about the gear it’s about the vibe, the stories that echo through every note played there. I remember that 2014 tribute concert, a heartfelt night honoring a beloved local musician who had left too soon, and how that event really brought the community together. The main floor setup is pretty flexible, with a mix of reserved seats and open areas that feel a little more relaxed, almost like you’re part of something bigger. If you’re trying to find the backline gear itself, just head to the left side of the venue, then go up the stairs, it’s tucked away in the upper backstage room. Approach the backstage gate from the parking lot, then turn left and you’re in. It’s not fancy, but it’s got that gritty, authentic feel that The Toxhards Chicago fans love. Honestly, it’s one of those places where every show feels like a small reunion, and knowing the setup is part of the charm.
